Dirk Van Zyl

Established in 2010, Van Zyl Auto Services has grown into a fully equipped, modern workshop for specialist service, repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models of modern vehicles.

With a combined 50 years of trade experience and a specialist approach to Mercedes-Benz, Kia and Hyundai vehicles we are sure to be able to help with any service or repair needs.

Dirk van Zyl is a Red Seal Certified automotive technician who obtained his training through Kia Motors and Mercedes-Benz, attending various training and product courses during his service at these brands. 2010 Saw him make the decision to branch out on his own and build up more experience on a wide variety of manufacturers to whereas today all makes and models of vehicles are welcome.

At Van Zyl Auto Services we pride ourselves on being customer focussed and keeping you involved every step of the way during a repair. We work as a team, ensuring quick turnaround times and being cost effective. We treat client vehicles like our own. No hidden costs and no extra work gets done without explaining the reasons why it would be needed.

Our Services

Minor Service

Oil & oil filter change.
Vehicle and brake check over.

Major Service

Oil & oil filter, spark plugs on petrol vehicles. Fuel filter (where applicable). Air filter & fluids (as per scheduled mileage). Vehicle and brakes check over.

Mechanical Repairs

Suspension, brakes & clutch repairs.
Cambelt replacement & cooling system repairs

Diagnostics Scanning

Modern vehicles have complex interconnected electronic systems all controlled via electronic control units. Our state of the art diagnostic equipment can scan, diagnose and clear fault codes on these systems.
